1. Operational Framework and Disclaimers Synergy Haven Homes operates as a transitional safety-net supportive housing program and an active Resource Coordination Hub. Crucial Disclosure: We provide structured, independent, non-clinical supportive environments focused on personal accountability, community contribution, and stability maintenance. We do not provide clinical psychiatric care, medical detoxification, or locked rehabilitation treatment services on our premises.

2. Authorized Hub Access Access to certain components of this platform—including active chore calendars, transportation trackers, and internal announcement boards—is restricted exclusively to active residents and authorized case managers. Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass administrative command bars, modify underlying list configurations, or view secure data spreadsheets.

3. Residential Code of Conduct All digital forms, request portals, and program agreements must be completed with accurate information. Misrepresenting intake criteria, programmatic data, or financial status will be considered a material breach of our program rules and may affect active placement or application status.

4. Intellectual Property All customized master rules, participant success rubrics, daily visitor log layouts, and property-specific guidance materials hosted on this portal are the intellectual property of Synergy Solutions Management LLC. Unauthorized commercial replication or public reuse is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability Synergy Haven Homes and its parent management company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or operational disruptions regarding facility placement shifts, localized utility changes, or general data coordination adjustments.
