The Synergy Supportive Housing Program (SSHP) is a specialized, service-linked residential program designed for vulnerable populations, including individuals with disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Our program focuses on providing safe, affordable housing while fostering a peaceful, structured environment for adults aged 55 and older. Applicants aged 35-54 may be considered on a case-by-case basis based on their alignment with our community’s standards of maturity and stability

Resident Acceptance Criteria

Age: Mature adults 55+ (Ages 35-54 considered case-by-case)
Independence: Must be independent in all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Sobriety: Must document a commitment to a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle
